How we process your data
Wyre Council (The Data Controller) will only process and share your
personal information to carry out the services which
you have requested.
If you choose to give us personal data for any of the purposes above, this information is retained by Fleetwood Market and will only be used by Fleetwood Market to support your relationship with us. We will not add you to a mailing list, or newsletter without your registration for this service. We will only contact you if further information is required from you to complete a service.
How long we keep your personal data
We will retain your personal data for five years following completion of the service. After this time paper documents will be shredded and the electronic records will be deleted. We only collect information for specific purposes. All data is kept securely and kept up to date where possible, if we no longer require certain data it is removed from our database.
How we share your data
We do not share,

(such as your name or email address) to any outside organisation for use in its
marketing or solicitations.
From time to time Fleetwood Market may share your personal information with internal council departments and external organisations and agents or contractors to provide you with the services which have been requested. Newsletter Sign up
As part of the registration process for our monthly e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a few reasons: to tell you about products you’ve asked to be informed about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are correct, and for occasional checks that you’re happy and satisfied with our services. We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by contacting our Data Protection Officer to have your email address and all your personal information removed from our database.
